it’s been a way for me to save healthy ideas like meals and workouts so I have a stockpile of inspiration. I hope you all have found inspiration from it as well!
A little about myself. I go to school for dietetics. I’m also really interested in culinary arts. Finding a balance between culinary and health has been a struggle. I have been vegan for over three years and am working on incorporating more raw foods in to my diet- with the ultimate goal of eating 80% raw. I’ve found I love working out and finding creative, healthy recipes online. Tumblr has been a big help to me! If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I will continue to use this blog to compile my workout and meal ideas.
Cute.
Christian Yoga Two - 20 minutes (by Sarah Hansel)
Great routine. I encourage everyone to try! I’m a beginner and I liked it. There is a prayer in the beginning and a prayer at the end and that’s it although she encourages you to listen to worship music!
2 cups vital wheat gluten - 1/4 cup nutritional yeast - 3 tbsp. flour - 1 tsp. garlic powder - 1 tsp. onion powder - 1/2 tsp. salt - 1/4 tsp. pepper - 1 1/2 cups cold water - 2 tbsp. soy sauce - 2 tbsp. oil - 4 cups vegetable broth (for stovetop and slow cooker methods)
A rough estimate would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve seen the website, but I’m looking to buy them at a store. The only ones I can find are the dole bagged ones…
