Prep your smoothie ingredients beforehand. Put them into little ziplock bags and freeze them. When you’re ready for some smoothie lovin’, simply blend them with a little liquid of choice (e.g: water, soy milk,etc). Great for saving money by buying in bulk.

OIL FREE Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of dates
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of basil
2 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of saltSoak the dates for about 10 minutes to soften them up. Put everything in your blender. VOILA! A fantastic, fat-free, oil free dressing.
