Prep your smoothie ingredients beforehand. Put them into little ziplock bags and freeze them. When you’re ready for some smoothie lovin’, simply blend them with a little liquid of choice (e.g: water, soy milk,etc). Great for saving money by buying in bulk.

OIL FREE Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar1/2 cup of water1/4 cup of dates1 clove of garlic1 tsp of oregano1 tsp of basil2 tbsp lemon juicepinch of salt
